- We currently offer 2 shipping options as standard which are free shipping for dispatch with 10 working days a guaranteed dispatch of 3 working days for an additional £7.50 (per order).
- Although the free shipping says allow up to 10 working days, most often we dispatch sooner than this which might even be dispatched the very next day. It depends on where your order lies in our order queue.
- Upon delivery whenever posssible you can see the item is clearly damaged(for example viewed through some broken packaging) then sign for it as damaged and refuse delivery. Sign for all other packages as unchecked.

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will may send you one follow up email after you have received your order in relation to customer/product satisfaction research and feedback. In addition we may warn you if any accumulated points/rewards you have accrued are about to expire or we need to make a change to your account.
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us by opting in or out of the Ebarg newsletter.

No Credit/Debit or other payment Card information is collected directly through our website.
If you originally paid for your items via BACS we may ask your for bank details should a refund be required. Your bank details would not kept by us or viewed by any third party and would be used solely to send the required refund to the customer.
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

- Returns & Replacements
- We fully comply with the UK distance selling regulations in all instances and as such you are entitled to a full refund if you notify us within 7 days from the day after you receive your product in question. You shall be required to keep the item in good resalable condition as if you had examined the item in a shop with all packaging and tags intact. You can organise your own insured return or we can organise the item be collected after we have received an additional payment to cover courier costs. This is best arranged by contacting us by email or via the 'contact us' form on the web site.
- If an item is found to be faulty after delivery or during the manufacturers warranty period please contact us detailing the problem.
- Ordering
- Ordering is a straightforward process of simply adding the item/s to your shopping cart in the quantities required, reviewing your shopping cart and then proceeding to the checkout where you will be required to either checkout as a guest(no discounts or customer loyality bonus is available for this method), sign in to your pre-registered account or create a new account.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Ebarg is dedicated to keeping costs low and passing on savings to our customers whenever possible in addition we off free shipping on all items and flexible payment options such as Paypal and BACS bank transfer (You get 3% of product/s value back in reward points with the BACS method). All Payments other than BACS shall be taken automatically. For your BACS payment you shall be presented with the Ebarg account information to send you payment to via a follow up email. All customer loyalty bonuses and discounts are for registered customers only.
- Viewing Orders
- All your order details for your current order and your past orders can be viewed by logging in to your account. In addition we shall send out order updates whilst we process your order.
- Updating Account Information
- You can update your account information by logging in to your account. From you account you can edit you contact details and shipping addresses. You can also view you posted reviews, your product tags, view your wishlist, newsletter subscriptions, referred friends. You can also refer friends from this page.
